On May 15, 1988, Luhe Xiongzhou Radio factory was found at No.1, BaBai Road, North village, Liucheng Town.
On July 4, 1990, the factory was renamed Nanjing Xiongzhou Radio Factory, mainly producing and processing electric components for Nanjing PANDA Electronic Company.
On July 26, 1996, the factory was reorganized into a stock company and renamed Nanjing Xiongzhou Radio Company, Limited. It had 48 share holders and 598,000 yuan registered capital.
On February 5, 1999, the shareholders of the company were changed.
On July 16, 2000, the company was relocated to the street of Hengliang Town, Luhe District where used to be the Hengliang Farm Tool Factory.
On January 31, 2001, the shareholders were changed, and the company registered location was changed to "the street of Hengliang Town, Luhe District where used to be the Hengliang Farm Tool Factory."
On September 16, 2002, the shareholders were changed to Zhu Jiaping and Zhang Xiaodi. The registered capital was changed to 2,198,000 yuan.
On October 15, 2002, Nanjing Xiongzhou Radio Company, together with YOOSUNG TNS CO., LTD., set up a joint venture Nanjing Xiongsheng Mechanical and Electrical Manufacture Co., LTD.. The registered capital of the joint venture is 250,000 US dollars, including 127,500 US dollars from YOOSUNG TNS CO., LTD., and 122,500 US dollars from Nanjing Xiongzhou Radio Company.
On April 12, 2004, the registered capital of Nanjing Xiongzhou Radio Company, Limited was changed to 3,680,000 yuan.
On March 15, 2006, Nanjing Xiongzhou Radio CO., LTD. was renamed Nanjing Xiongzhou Mechanical and Electrical Manufacture Co., LTD..
On April 11, 2006, Nanjing Xiongzhou Mechanical and Electrical Manufacture Co., LTD. was allowed to run independent import and export businesses.
On December 12, 2006, Nanjing Chaozhou Mechanical and Electrical Manufacture Co., LTD. was registered in a development zone with the registered capital of 5,000,000 yuan.
On April 18, 2007, the investors of Nanjing Xiongsheng Mechanical and Electrical Manufacture Co., LTD. changed their contributed capital. YOOSUNG TNS CO., LTD. held 62,500 shares and Nanjing Xiongzhou Mechanical and Electrical Manufacture Co., LTD. held 187,500 shares, which, in turn, changed the boards of directors.
On April 1, 2008, the registered capital of Nanjing Xiongzhou Mechanical and Electrical Manufacture Co., LTD. was changed to 6,000,000 yuan.
On April 18, 2008, the registered capital of Nanjing Chaozhou Mechanical and Electrical Manufacture Co., LTD. was changed to 8,000,000 yuan.
On March 2009, Nanjing Xiongzhou Mechanical and Electrical Manufacture Co., LTD. and Nanjing Xiongsheng Mechanical and Electrical Manufacture Co., LTD. are moved to No.6, Longrui Road, Luhe Development Zone. |
