Nanjing Xiongzhou Mechanical and Electrical Manufacture Co., LTD. was founded on May 18, 1988. Its registered capital is 6 million yuan, and it now covers an area of 26,000 square meters including the building area of 8,000 square meters. In October 2002, Nanjing Xiongzhou Mechanical and Electrical Manufacture Co., LTD., together with YOOSUNG TNS CO., LTD., set up a joint venture, Nanjing Xiongsheng Mechanical and Electrical Manufacture Co., LTD.. The registered capital of the joint venture is 250,000 U.S. dollars, 75% of which comes from Nanjing Xiongzhou Mechanical and Electrical Manufacture Co., LTD.. The three companies cover a total area of more than 45,000 square meters including the building area of 21,600 square meters. Zhu Jiaping is the legal representative and general manager of all the three companies       
        Our company now owns the assets of 50 million yuan. It has the following machine and equipments: more than one hundred sets of NC laser cutting machine, NC bending machine, NC pouching machine, NC lathes, EMD wire cutting machine, and equipments for turning, milling, planning, grinding, cutting, drilling, and riveting; more than thirty sets of CO2 shield welders, argon arc welders, and spot welders; more than forty equipments for 10-315-ton stamping, forging and pressing, and oil pressure. The sales of 2008 of our company were 38 million yuan and its profit tax is 6 million yuan. It is forecasted that the sale of the three companies reaches 50 million yuan in 2009 with the profit tax of 6.8 million yuan.
